1. Please make sure you are running Internet Explorer 7.
If you are not, please Click Here to upgrade for free.
2. Clear your Temporary Internet Files and Cookies.
To
do this go to Start / Control Panel
/ and click on the
Internet Options icon. In the
middle of the new window that opens,
under
Browsing history, click "Delete".
One more window will pop up and
at the bottom you will need to
click on "Delete all"
